Are we a fit?

YOU

You are passionate about many things.

You might have many interests and creative pursuits.

Accomplished, Adaptable, Naturally Curious, Resourceful, Multi-Passionate, Enthusiastic, Multi-faceted, with a wicked sense of humour and a love of learning.

You have many skills, talents, interests, projects and life experiences and are great at coming up with ideas.

What do I want to be when I grow up?

Aargh!

Do you ever wish you could figure out what you want to do (at least next) or for the rest of your life?

Maybe you relate to some of these things…

You’re trying to figure out what to do but haven’t yet found a way to integrate ALL your skills, talents, and passions into a career, in a practical, sustainable way.

It’s not that you’re short of ideas. The challenge for you is that you have way too many ideas.

In fact you get a different career or business idea each week, but you find it hard to do anything about it because you’re not sure the ideas you’ve come up with are the ‘right thing’.

When you do become interested in something, you think this is it. So you dive in, get all consumed and get good at whatever it is. Then you hit a point where you start to feel bored. Usually you persist anyway because you’ve spent so much time and energy, and sometimes money into the field. But eventually this sense of boredom gets to be too much, and you have to let it go.

Sometimes you think you’re just going to have to pick one thing, deny your other passions, and resign yourself to being bored.

You really want to create something that’s close to your soul, the thing you’re meant to do, but you’re not sure what that is.

You’re worried in case you get all excited about another ‘big thing’, and then it fizzles out and you drop it like many things before. You find the whole thing exhausting.

You dread being asked ‘what do you do?’ because you do lots of things and you never really know what to say to people.

When you commit, you do so 100% but you’re not sure which is the right idea to commit to so you do nothing instead.

You’re worried that there’s something wrong with this and something wrong with you for not being able to stick with anything.

There’s nothing wrong with you.

The problem may be that the ‘mainstream framework’ you’ve been handed to work this out just doesn’t fit someone like you.

You’re different. You’re multifaceted. And you’re not sure you want to do just one thing for the rest of your life.

Here’s the thing

What if you didn’t have to choose one thing, one passion, one idea, one career, or one calling.. Or didn’t have to become a specialist at this, or a that, or a the other.

Personally I hate labels. Hardly any of us can spread our wings with the pigeon hole of a label.

Conventional wisdom upholds the narrow notion that we each have this one great thing we are meant to do with our time on this earth. One true calling. And you need to figure out what that thing is and devote your life to it.

But what if you’re not wired that way?

What if there are a lot of different subjects that you’re curious about and many different things you want to do?

You can build a life around your ALL your interests.

You can take your passions, experiences, interests, talents, and skills and use these ingredients to create a beautiful, sustainable, multifaceted life, that feels good for everyone involved – without losing your mind.

Most Multipotentialites I know, end up tying themselves up in knots struggling to to figure out what to do in a way that provides both enough vitality and stability.

So, I’m suggesting an alternative approach to the whole Multipotentialite life and career direction conundrum, that flies in the face of everything we’ve learned from conventional ‘career experts’ and ‘career coaches’, that feels genuinely good for everyone involved.

It took me 2 careers and almost 2 decades to figure this out for myself. Don’t be like me.

This website and this work is about helping you create a fulfilling future in the most meaningful, and beautiful way possible.

Perhaps any one of these …

You’ve been running a successful business but you’ve lost your sense of direction and it’s just not ‘you’ anymore.

You don’t want to keep doing what you had been doing. It’s time to do something fresh.

You’ve done lots of great things in the past, and you enjoyed each one of them at the time. Now you’re wondering whether you should relaunch one of them and give it your all this time, but maybe in a new way.

You’re exploring new options, maybe studying for more certifications, starting a business or a creative project…or maybe throwing everything up in the air and starting afresh.

Or maybe you’ve had time off from work, to raise a family, or to care for someone, and you want to do something that’s close to your soul, something that lights you up and makes you come alive.

Maybe your work is no longer fulfilling and you dream about earning a living from one of your hobbies, but you keep putting it off.

Your work is easier now and you’re trying to figure out whether to start that coaching or therapy business you trained for a few years ago.

You’re retiring from your old work and want to figure out something brand new to do, that you’d enjoy.

You’re retired, but you’ve had a few set backs and you want to get your family life, personal life, or health back on track, and start enjoying your hobbies again.

Or perhaps you’re feeling burned out, unfulfilled, or just unhappy with what you’re doing, and long to make the leap into the unknown, but you’re clinging on to the years of time and effort you’ve invested in your current profession.

You don’t need me to help you figure this out. I’m simply here to make the adventure more fun and faster.
