You’re a dog lover. A mellow dog Mumma.

Mellow Dog Mummas: Highly functional, Instinctive, Intuitive, Sensitive Leaders, Coaches, and Entrepreneurs, with a wicked sense of humour, a love of learning, and a love for hanging out in nature with their dogs.

Those who are professionals, and those who are experts in their field.

And let’s get one thing straight, from one dog Mumma to another: You don’t need me.

Well you don’t.

You want me.

Don’t ask what the world needs, rather ask what makes you come alive, then go out and do it because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

Howard Thurman, Philosopher

  1. You’re a professional, an expert in your field, yet even though you’ve achieved everything you’ve ever wanted and more, doing what you’re doing is draining you. You’re exhausted. And slightly scared that you’ll burnout if you don’t make some radical changes in your lifestyle soon.
  2. You’ve spent your entire life working hard serving others and you’re at a crossroads in your business or career. You dread being asked ‘what do you do?‘ and you’re constantly seeking clarity about your ‘what next?’ Poised for more, and slightly scared at what it will entail.
  3. Or, you’ve got an idea for a business that has the potential to have a game-changing, sustainable impact on you, other people, and the planet. You’re excited and overwhelmed by the possibilities, but you’re determined as hell to give it your best shot, and do what it takes to make it happen.

You are extraordinary – but sometimes you forget.

You understand that people who perform at an elite level at anything require coaches to support their performance. You want the eyes that can see what you can’t see, and the ears that can hear what you can’t hear right now.

You’re ever the optimistic, and a non-conformist. You’re highly accomplished and are already making a difference in the world. You know, however, you’ve got more to give.

You’re independent and so motivated that even if you’re struggling with something you’ll probably figure it out on your own, in time. So you are missing your very own personal support team.

You’d rather drive for a day than fly for a couple of hours if it means you can take your dog with you, although you’re a stickler for your creature comforts.

You know what the ups and downs of life feel like and these experiences have shaped the way you see the world – not in a bad way – they’ve opened your heart to limitless love.

You know you can do some real good and make a positive difference to the world you see. You feel called to follow your path, even though you don’t know where it might lead. You thrive on uncertainty.

You don’t need inspiration or information. Nor are you interested in just making tiny tweaks to your life. Why go for gold when you can go for platinum? You have extreme ambitions, and you’re all in- no holding back. You want changes that leave you with more time, more money, more happiness, more freedom, and more peace. You’re ready to do what it takes to make radical changes to create the life you want.

You know there’s no point to success if you’re not happy, and you won’t be happy unless you’re living in a way that’s rich and fulfilling at every level. This is wealthy.

You know that true happiness doesn’t come from your status, your job title, your trophies or rosettes, the size of your bank account, the car you drive – it comes from a deep understanding of your true nature and who you really are.

You value being of service to others, genuineness, adventures, creativity, and leaving a light touch on the planet. You connect easily with animals. You are an advocate for others- human and non-humans. You give generously to everyone around you but sometimes you don’t give to yourself what you give to others. And sometimes you don’t receive from others, what you need.

Sometimes you create melodrama instead of mellow drama. You’re creative, intelligent, quirky, courageous, and have the ability to move from profound insight to humour in a millisecond. You love solitude, and love having deep conversations rather than small talk.

You want to leave the world in a better way than it is today. And sometimes you feel the weight of the world on your shoulders.

You yearn for mellow living, but you operate at such high speed that you forget to slow down, and before you know it you’re exhausted.

Secretly you’re afraid of slowing down. You’re afraid that if you stop the engine you won’t be able to get it started again. And the more you slow down, the more guilt you feel. Guilty for being with the dogs when you should be working. Guilty for working because you think you should be with the dogs or the family. And God forbid you do something just for YOU – then you feel doubly guilty.

But taking care of you is essential.

When you feel cared for in yourself, you can take better care of others.

Paradoxically, when you slow down enough, you can be, do, and accomplish anything you want.

I know, because I invented the term Mellow Dog Mumma to describe you and I.

I will help you through the conditioning, the stories, and the fog, and help you rediscover your greatest source of power and strength.

So you can get deeply aligned with who you are and start living from a deep understanding of how life works, which means being philosophical about life’s ups and downs, having fulfilling relationships, achievements and material successes that make sense to you, and a life that’s rich with meaning and purpose.

My job as a coach, is to slow you down and bring you back to who you are, and sometimes to help you really see for the first time that you can create your world exactly as you want it, in a way that lights you up and feels so easy, fun, and energising.

This kind of work is highly tailored, enlightening, and not for the fainthearted.

If this sounds, fun, exciting, and everything you’ve read above screams HELL YES, I’d like to invite you to have a conversation with me about working together.

You can do that right here.

In the next 90 days you could be existing differently, if you devote yourself to what makes you come alive.

You don’t need me.

I’m here to make the journey fun and faster for those who are ready.

Want to know more about me?

Since childhood we’ve been told that hard work leads to success. Trouble is you’re no longer a child, you’re already successful, but you’re still working hard. We teach hard working professionals and experts how to slow down to accomplish more, and get happy.
If this sounds like you, let’s talk, and explore if working together is a good fit.
